Andrew G. Wiggin has practiced criminal law in
Virginia for 18 years.  He began his career as an
Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney.  Since
entering the defense bar in 1991, he has
defended more than 5,000 criminal trials.
Because of his careful consideration of each
client's case, his clients have experienced a
notably high rate of success in the outcome of
their cases.  He has also handled hundreds of
felony appeals, and attained many appellate
reversals.

Although concentrating almost entirely on
criminal law, Andrew G. Wiggin has also served
as Guardian ad Litem attorney for over 500
children and adults under disabilities.

Due to the lack of many attorneys willing to
handle habeas corpus cases, Andrew G. Wiggin
added this area of practice.  His appellate
experience, his research-intensive approach to
criminal litigation and his aggressive advocating
for his clients, became benefits to his habeas
corpus clients.

Andrew G. Wiggin graduated from Regent University School of Law, 1990.  In
1985, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Springfield College, in
Springfield, Massachusetts.

Prior to attending law school, he had worked as an under-cover agent, an
Emergency Medical Technician, an offshore oil-field diver, a camp waterfront
director, and operated his own business as a teenager.

After becoming an attorney, he has also served as a coach of youth sports.
His vocal and active style of coaching led to six consecutive undefeated teams.
He considers his greatest coaching achievement to be seeing each player
become better than when they started.

Sunday School classes at a local church.
"Serving clients in all litigation after state criminal trials, all across Virginia."
